Selling is a key activiity for any business and the difference between a highly effective sales team and average performance can be the difference between profit and loss.
Give us your sales team for a week and we will give them back to you ready to shine. An in-house course is convenient because you choose the location, is tailored specifically to your requirements, is private so everyone on the programme is from your company and focuses on the results you want.
Alternatively you can send one or two of your people onto one of our public courses which are held regularly in London, Birmingham and Swansea.
The 5 day course concentrates on the basics of selling so it is ideal for new entrants or experienced people who could benefit from a refresher. When sales performance deteriorates in an experienced salesperson the cause is usually deviation from performing the basics correctly. This often leads to a crisis of confidence which worsens performance further.
The course is fully accredited and carries a level 2 award. If desired an individual can go on to qualifications at higher levels from us or anywhere else as the award is a nationally recognised qualification which can lead on to other qualifications within the national framework. We offer qualifications at Levels 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
The level 2 Award is practical by nature and is awarded on the basis of an individual reaching the reqired standard for work performance. There is no need for written submissions.
