Summary:
The certificate is a sales training course have been specifically designed for relatively new professional Salespeople, people who are looking for a change of direction into sales, and people running a business. The Level 2 Award is a nationally recognised qualification which is based on basic knowledge and skills for the sales role in all types of organisations. The emphasis is on customer focus and the programme assumes little or no prior knowledg aiming to practically teach basic sales techniques that can make a real difference to performance.
