You probably won't complete your plan from start to finish in one day, but you may if you have already thought through where you want to take your business and what you need. You should at the very least be well on the way to completeing it. We will provide you with suggestions of what you can do in preparation to allow you to make the most of your workshop day.
We run open and in house courses. The big advantage of in house is that the course is centred on your plan and can be tailored towards your particular requirements.
