ISMM Level 2 VRQ Award
Summary:
A programme specifically designed for people who would like to make a complete career change into sales. Covers all the fudamentals of being very successful in a sales career and provides practical training to the level where the job can actually be done as well as choosing the right job and getting it. The new employer will still need to provide product training of course but the basic sales techniques will already have been covered.

The Level 2 Award is a nationally recognised qualification which is based on basic knowledge and skills for the sales role in all types of organisations. The emphasis is on customer focus and the programme assumes little or no prior knowledg aiming to practically teach basic sales techniques that can make a real difference to performance.
In a recession firms need salespeople more than ever but the premium is on trained salespeople. Successful salespeople can enjoy an excellent income and good job security.
Trainees will learn many of the basic sales and account management skills. Iincludes information about the various types of sales jobs and how to go about getting that great job.
